Why We Verify Age

Spliff Society is committed to responsible product distribution. Age verification is required by law to ensure our products are only accessed by adults 21 years of age and older.

Our Age Gate

Upon entering the Spliff Society website, you will be presented with an age gate modal. You must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older to proceed. This confirmation is recorded in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. If you do not confirm, you will be directed away from the site.

Legal Compliance

All Spliff Society products are intended for adult use only (21+) in states where is legal. We comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding age restrictions and product access.

Legal Statement

For use by adults 21+ only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery. Smoking products may be habit-forming and there may be long-term adverse health effects from consumption. These products have not been analyzed or approved by the FDA.
