Spliff Society products are for use by adults 21 years of age and older only. By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and meet all legal requirements in your jurisdiction to purchase and use these products.
Product Information
Spliff Society sells two product families: empty botanical pre-rolled cones (handcrafted from real botanicals — rose petals, lotus, palm leaves, cocoa, and other natural materials), and Premium Flower Pre-Rolls (hand-rolled botanical cones filled with premium craft flower compliant with the federal Farm Bill).
All products are hand-rolled in small batches with natural botanical materials. No paper, no chemicals, no artificial dyes or additives. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Shipping & Availability
Empty Botanical Cones ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Premium Flower Pre-Rolls ship only to states where the destination state’s law permits direct-to-consumer shipping of Farm-Bill-compliant hemp-derived flower products. The current ship-to states for Premium Flower are: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
State eligibility is verified at checkout. Federal hemp regulations are scheduled to change effective November 12, 2026; Premium Flower availability is subject to change in response to federal and state regulatory updates.

Liability
Spliff Society is not responsible for the misuse of products or any health effects resulting from their use. Users assume all risk associated with the purchase and use of Spliff Society products. By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and that the destination state and locality permit receipt of the ordered products.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
